Michel Lizotte is simply passionate about talent; whether it is to find these exceptional people who we describe as “rare pearls” or to support others in their development or their professional path, Michel is there! He has also carved out a very enviable place for himself in the Quebec business community. He has an impressive track record spanning more than thirty years in human resources management (Dominion Textile, Fédération des caisses populaire Desjardins de Montréal et de l’Ouest-du-Québec, Aciers Slater, Rona Dismat) in talent acquisition and development as well as coaching (Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, Optimum Talent, Zenith). He also set up numerous advisory committees and sat on multiple boards of directors.

Michel also has a keen interest in the business world; this interest combined with his entrepreneurial qualities led him to the creation of Domaine de Louvois, an exclusive health center where accommodation, catering and health services were offered.
Michel is very involved in his community. It is in this perspective that he accepted the general management of the “Québec 2002” project with the aim of obtaining the participation of Quebec as host of the 2002 Winter Olympic Games where he supervised the involvement of more than 700 volunteers.

Michel is a high-level professional in strategic human resources management and people development; he remains a reference within the Quebec business community.

Francine, guided by integrity, agility, innovation, teamwork as well as operational excellence and driven by performance through leadership and employee engagement, has carried out several transformation initiatives organizational, including the establishment of talented teams, more precisely as part of the implementation of value-added human resources functions. She has held strategic leadership positions in human resources within renowned organizations such as Bombardier Aerospace, Université de Montréal, Bell Helicopter, Telecon, SEPAQ and Pelican International and has been a member of several management committees. Francine contributed to the integration of LTA Aerostructures into Canada. While at Bell Helicopter, she was also responsible for setting up and managing the HR team based in Mexico (Chihuahua), the one based in India (Bangalore) and a team of three (3) directors based in Texas (Fort Worth). She also led the hiring process for around a hundred engineers in India (local job fairs).

As part of her duties, she developed and deployed numerous human resources management strategies, including talent acquisition strategies, in support of transformation initiatives; Ensuring you have the right person in the right role is a determining factor in the organization’s ability to achieve the desired changes. It is therefore with this in mind that she joined the ZENITH team; collaborating with organizations to identify talented people, who share the same vision and the same values, who wish to contribute to the success of the company and achieve their potential within a context that resembles them, that is what anime!
