Michel Lizotte


Michel Lizotte is simply passionate about talent; whether it is to find these exceptional people who are described as “rare gems” or to support others in their development or their professional path, Michel is there! He has carved out a very enviable place for himself in Quebec’s business community. He has an impressive track record spanning over thirty years, in human resources management (Dominion Textile, Fédération des caisses populaires Desjardins de Montréal et de l’Ouest-du-Québec, Aciers Slater, Rona Dismat) in talent acquisition and development as well as coaching (Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, Optimum Talent, Zenith). He has also set up numerous advisory committees and sat on multiple boards of directors.

Michel also has a keen interest in the business world; this interest coupled with his entrepreneurial qualities led him to create the Domaine de Louvois, an exclusive health center where accommodation, catering and health services were offered.
Michel is very involved in his community. It is also in this perspective that he accepted the general direction of the “Quebec 2002” project with the aim of obtaining the participation of Quebec as host of the 2002 Olympic Winter Games where he supervised the involvement of more than 700 volunteers.

Francine Bourget


Francine, guided by integrity, agility, innovation, teamwork as well as by operational and performance-driven excellence through the leadership and commitment of employees, has led several organizational transformations, including creating teams of talented people, specifically in the context of the implementation of value-added human resources functions. She has held strategic human resources leadership positions within renowed organizations such as Bombardier AerospaceUniversity of MontrealBell HelicopterTeleconSEPAQ and Pelican International and has served on a number of executive committees. She also conributed to the implementation of LTA Aerostructures in Quebec. While at Bell Helicopter, she was responsible for setting up and coaching the Mexican based (Chihuahua), India based (Bangalore) HR team and was responsible for a team of three (3) directors based in Texas (Fort Worth). She also led the hiring process of a hundred engineers in India (local job fairs).

In her role, she has developed and deployed numerous human resource management strategies, including talent acquisition strategies, to support transformational processes; ensuring the right person in the right role is a critical factor in the organization’s ability to make the desired changes. It is in this perspective that she joined ZENITH’s team; she is animated by collaborating with organizations to identify talented individuals who share the same vision and values, who want to contribute to the success of an organization, and achieve their professional goals in a context where they feel valued !
